Magazine cover design, concept

POKU– is a magazine I developed during a course in digital image production. The assignment was to create a visual story using archetypes in some way. This magazine deals with politics (POlitik) and culture (KUltur) by using archetypes as foundation. I created four magazine covers where each issue start out from one archetype and lets old archetypes meet new, modern ones to start discussion and reaction around burning issues in Sweden and the rest of the world. The archetype, emotions and colors presented on the cover becomes a theme for the rest of the issue.
